Ghada El Bakary, BPharm

Pharmacist & Healthcare Professional | Founder of LULIQUA

Ghada El Bakary is a pharmacist and healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience across pharmaceutical inspection, healthcare quality management, occupational health and safety, and clinical pharmacy.

After earning her Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2005, Ghada began her career in pharmaceutical inspection, where she gained experience in pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and medication compliance. This early experience shaped her approach to healthcare: quality, safety, and evidence should always come first.

She later worked in healthcare quality management, contributing to quality improvement, patient safety, accreditation, and risk management. Today, her professional work focuses on Occupational Health and Safety Management, with an emphasis on safer workplaces and employee wellbeing.

Alongside her professional career, Ghada is completing the final year of a Professional Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy, further developing her knowledge of pharmacotherapy, evidence-based medicine, and clinical decision-making.
