Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • In their original condition—unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Free from any signs of use, wear, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotional events (unless defective)
  • Any product explicitly marked as non-returnable in its description

How to Request a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

Step 3: Once approved, you'll receive detailed return shipping instructions

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by us.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • We will cover all return or replacement shipping costs

Exchanges

We're happy to facilitate exchanges subject to product availability.

If your requested replacement item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • An alternative product of equal or similar value
