Which plug type should I choose — EU, US, or UK?
Select EU Plug if you're in Europe, Asia, or Australia (220–240V). Select US Plug for North America (100–130V). Select UK Plug for the United Kingdom (220–240V). What's the difference between the 9 heat levels?
Level 1 (39°C / 102°F) is gentle warmth — ideal for sensitive skin, first-time use, or light relaxation. Levels 2–5 (around 42–48°C) cover general muscle relief and everyday lower back tension. Levels 6–9 (up to 55°C / 131°F) deliver deep therapeutic heat for chronic pain, intense post-workout recovery, or period cramp relief. Start low and work up to find your ideal comfort level.
Can I use it for period cramp relief?
