It fits well and in various positions. It's comfortable. It vibrates and heats well, there are 3 vibration modes and 3 heat modes. The only downside is that the vibrating piece is very small and doesn't transmit it throughout.

The item arrived well although its box was slightly damaged. The operation is very good although the heat and vibration are a bit harsh on the Achilles tendon, which is where it fits snugly.

I don't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons: First, neither the instructions nor the box say how to put it on. I had to go back to the aliexpress listing to see the reference images and understand the correct position. There are 3 different ways to use it: for the rear ankle, on the front ankle or on the arch of the foot. Secondly, it doesn't actually massage; it vibrates at different powers and rhythms.
Still, the heat function is very pleasant for sore feet and joints. I really liked that aspect.
The massage quality is amazing! I love that it has different settings and different kneading settings. Super easy to use and fit both me and my husband which is a plus!! Another plus is the heat that’s in it! It’s amazing. This works great!

After i figured out the power button you have to hold for a second these things are amazing i wish it was a consistent vibration that didn’t shut off but it work i have a tight tendon in the tops of my ankles and they help!!! !
